I had an excellent experience with St. Paul Pipeworks! Their team was friendly, reliable, and incredibly professional. Not only did they address my plumbing issues effectively, but they also took the time to explain the root causes and gave me tips to help prevent and manage problems in the future. It’s rare to find such a knowledgeable and customer-focused company. The pricing was fair, and the quality of work was outstanding. I highly recommend St. Paul Pipeworks for anyone looking for trustworthy and skilled plumbing services!

Great customer service, thoughtful, and great plumbing work. Won't bore you with gory details, but we had a plan for a water heater replacement but, upon their arrival, we started discussing some of the hot-water issues we'd been having and they recommended some shower cartridge replacements instead in case that were the problem. Long story short, the willingness to rethink the problem and try something faster and cheaper -- (A) gave me hot water again, (B) saved a boatload of money. Finally, I will add that they answered their phones, arrived promptly, and left the home and work areas in clean condition. A+

Stellar work & customer service from every person at Pipeworks. With the first phone call about a leaky faucet & asking for a general idea of cost, they were so helpful & transparent that I decided to get a quote for a bathroom remodel. The office staff, estimator, & plumber were great to work with. If a problem came up they dealt with it honestly & were completely professional and helpful. Highly recommend!

This was the second time I've used St. Paul Pipeworks. Both projects were great and marked by the same great service. Communication is excellent, and the plumbers fantastic. Great work and they really took extra care to keep the mess down in the house. Also just great guys, really helpful with advice on this pipe repair project in an older home as well as other things I could and should consider. Would highly recommend, after two jobs they are my "go to".

Thanks to Billy and Zack, St. Paul PipeWorks, for replacing the pipes in our two-story condominium with skill, care, and patience. They were good-natured, coordinated their work, cleaned up everything and finished on time. What a relief it is to have a trustworthy company with the necessary expertise for big jobs like this!

The guys who worked on replacing our hot water heater and doing other plumbing items in our house were highly skilled and also very nice to talk to. This is the only company I will ever use.
